Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wise Art. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures and your rights regarding returns and refunds.
1. Virtual Products
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for virtual products once the purchase has been made. Please ensure that you carefully review your virtual product before completing the purchase.
2. Physical Products
If you are not entirely satisfied with your physical product, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return
- You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received the item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service at email@example.com to initiate the return process.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
